Many of you have asked about cookbooks, the new cookbooks are in.  There are additional recipes added for volume 2 of the cookbook.  These are here just in time for the holidays.  All of us at the Weigh Station wish you a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.  Also we would like for those of you who wish to start your weight loss journey now is the time to sign up for your physical exam as there is a reduction in cost, up until December 31.  If you get your physical exam and prior to December 31 you'll save an additional $50 dollars.  We at the Weigh Station are looking forward to 2010 is a banner year for our patients that have developed healthy lifestyles and weight loss goal.
