This does not apply to me, but I know someone who had the surgery. They are often ill, and have not lost the weight. I know that there are those here who have similar profiles. The person I describe lives too far away to come to the center. Is there anything that anyone who fits this profile --or anything anyone-- can offer that might help?

I am not one of the biggest losers, but I'm determined to stick with it. I took some time to put the information from my chart into a bar graph and loved what I saw. I'm losing just about 2.25 lbs per week, not as fast as some, but it's working over time. I started in December. My knees hurt so I could barely walk. With every pound I lose

Julie you are ahead of me, but I too am "on the path." I began the first week of Dec., and am down about 39 lbs. I have some limitations on the exercise part and that holds me back a bit. Still, I liked reading your post, for it inspires me to try to catch up with you.

I've been doing the program for awhile and doing well, but lately have been a bit stuck. What are some good ways those of you who have lost bunches have moved past those times?
