How can a Health Coach help?

Picture yourself at your healthiest.  Not just being healthier than you are right now, but being the healthiest you can possibly be.  Now, imagine the organization you work with, as an employee, director or founder, president, or CEO, has the same level of health. As a Duke-trained Integrative Health Coach and a Developmental Coach with training by Harvard professors Robert Kegan and Lisa Lahey, I will help you achieve your ultimate health, business, and developmental goals by creating the supportive space needed to explore all aspects of your life and discover how they affect your health, your work pattern, your relationships and more.  There are no templates, no "one-size fits all" solutions. The power to transform your life is within you, right now, at this very moment.  I believe this power is overlooked by today's healthcare system and most organizations, and that by harnessing this power, your power, you can achieve any goal you set your vision on. Working together we will devise your individual plan to optimize your well-being and start your progression so you can become better than your current best!
